ERI Programs: Community Economic Development (CED)
Description
The CED program works to foster sustainable community revitalization and human development of disenfranchised and deprived minorities in the Chicago metropolis to break the cycle of dependency and poverty with an aim of creating self-sufficiency through program service areas listed below. It focuses on US programs to enhance economic-self-sufficiency.
The target area for this project is the Chicago area, specifically the southland. Needy communities are not marginalized including other parts of the US.
